Hope

I had faith that always.
hoped that always
beauty &love will flow free
never, but NEVER accept
to be encaged by paradigms,
stereotypes…patterns.

A happy new year from to you out there, you who are reading our stories, you who follow this blog

from me (the author) and also from
Anaïs , Annamari, Nim , Yuri and Mona !

This is beautiful - and perfect phrasing. Thank you so much for stopping by and for your considered thoughts on my blog. They are very much appreciated. :) And here is to a wonderful 2011 - just waiting for us to go and make of it what we will.

That video is mesmerising. I wish I could move my aging body like that, but then as you so perfectly suggest in your poem - maybe my aging mind is just a stubborn paradigm that's encaging my body within it. Happy New Year Ana.

Maybe, Brad…but I doubt it. Because what else is your poetry writing than a way to resists to being “encaged”. The same thing can be expressed by our bodies, our words, our hands & eyes (visual arts ), our imagination, our voices…etc…Or in short, the tools are not that important.
